From May 17th we will be welcoming clients back into our Newport Hospital to check in, collect prescriptions (please allow for 48hours notice including flea & wormers) and pay.

We ask that you check in at reception first without your pets and return to your vehicle until a member of staff invites you in for your appointment.
Once inside the building we request that a face covering be worn at all times (unless exempt) and to adhere to social distancing rules where possible.
Please note we ask that no more then four clients be stood in the reception area at any one time and six sat seated in the seating bays.

Please note we will not be allowing clients to accompany their pets into the consult room. The exception to this will be at our vet’s discretion.
Protocols at our two branches surgeries will remain the same.

We are now able to offer home visits. These can be scheduled late morning Monday to Friday.

Finally, we would like to thank you all for your ongoing support and understanding as we follow government guidelines.
